Option ONE: Complete AV support

Typical contracts include a half day visit per week by a fully degree qualified ICT engineer. We know that the quality of this engineer is the single most important factor in helping us to succeed as a business and for you to receive value for money. Our service is the very best with friendly, experienced and knowledgeable IT engineers to ensure both staff and pupils are able to grow in confidence.

We appreciate that planning the ICT curriculum requires time and an understanding of how technology can provide value for money solutions. We support the ICT Leader with the ICT Development Plan and advise on costs and the most efficient way to develop your hardware and appropriate network software.

This allows your teachers to spend more time teaching and less time trying to keep up with the complexities of Network Management.

Option TWO: Projector and whiteboard support

  This popular package allows you to make the most of your interactive whiteboards and save money on lamp replacements.  Projector maintenance can be a troublesome and time consuming problem for schools from changing expensive lamps to preventing overheating with regular filter cleans.

With Smartmove’s professional cleaning and maintenance agreement we can ensure you require fewer lamps and aim to save you more than the cost of the support contract.  Our engineers visit your school up to 6 times a year and complete a thorough service of your system, including lining up the image, checking security and diagnosing any problems. 

We also send out a full report after each visit that will give you information on the number of lamp hours that have expired, recommendations and/or areas of concern for your complete Interactive Whiteboard system.We sell a complete range of ICT equipment to schools and recommend packages that we know will be great value for money by being effective and easy to use.
